What are cookies?
A "cookie" is a small text file that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit it. First-party cookies are set by the site you visit and can only be read by that site. Persistent cookies are stored on your device and do not disappear when you close the browser, unlike session cookies.
How we use cookies
We use first-party cookies to remember your preferences and to support essential site functionality (for example session management and CSRF protection). This site may also initiate third-party authentication flows (Google, Microsoft, GitHub, LinkedIn); those providers can set cookies on their own domains to complete OAuth and manage the provider session. We do not enable analytics or advertising cookies by default - non-essential services will run only with your explicit consent. The "Reject" control refuses non-essential cookies (analytics/marketing) but does not prevent third-party authentication cookies from being set when you actively use a social login button.

This site uses essential cookies required for operation (for example: session cookie and CSRF token). We do not use analytics or marketing cookies by default.
Third-party authentication cookies
When you sign in using social providers (Google, Microsoft, GitHub, LinkedIn, etc.), those providers may set cookies on their own domains to complete the authentication flow. These cookies are third-party relative to this site and are controlled by the provider. They are used solely to enable login and are not used by us for analytics. After successful authentication our site sets its own first-party session cookie to keep you logged in.
Manage cookies
You can change your cookie preferences using the buttons in the cookie banner (Accept / Reject non-essential cookies) or by opening the "Manage Cookies" section located at the bottom of the page. You can also clear or manage cookies from your browser settings.
Note: when using social authentication (Google, Microsoft, GitHub, LinkedIn, etc.), those providers may place cookies on their own domains to complete the authentication flow.
